When you provide your contact information, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message, and email regarding your project — including estimates, scheduling, material delivery, crew arrival times, and service updates. Payment terms are specified in your service agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the work. Late payments may be subject to fees as permitted by law.
